Heat Treatments
– Tmax 1280ºC
– Chamber: 350x500x250mm
We perform heat treatments to obtain the specified levels of hardness and mechanical resistance.
We do annealing and tempering, with the possibility of controlling the atmosphere of the oven to prevent oxidation of the parts.
We also have the service of aesthetic oxidation. This procedure gives color to the steel through a thermal oxidation process. The possible colors are the tempering colors of steel, allowing to provide a totally different aspect to your parts.
This process creates a small and thin layer of oxide in steel, less than one micron, and does not cause any significant difference in the dimensional tolerances of the product.
